No, due to USPS rules, we legally are only allowed to receive mail addressed to your name as it appears on your 1583 (and associated photo ID and address ID). Any variations on your name (e.g., Nick in place of Nicholas) must be disclosed as an alias on your 1583. This is not a policy decision on our part, but the law as enforced by the United States Postal Service. This includes mail addressed "in care of" (c/o) you for someone else — for example, a mail item addressed to a client or relative's name with your name listed as C/O. USPS does not treat "care of" addressing as an exception at residential addresses: we still need a completed and notarized 1583 on file for the actual named recipient (the person or business the item is addressed to), not just for the person it is in care of. If the named recipient does not have a 1583 on file, the item cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.
