Appointment lists are found

Future Appointments

In this tab, you can view all upcoming appointments in date order within Savvy Pet Spa. From today's date first to the most future date on the last page.

In this view, you can view the appointment window, click edit to edit the appointment or click Log to see records of updates made by time and the user logged in.

Past Appointments

In this view, you can see all your past appointments in date order within Savvy Pet Spa. They are shown from today's date first to the oldest date on the last page.

In this view, you can view the appointment window, click edit to edit the appointment or click Log to see records of updates made by time and the user logged in.

Deleted Appointments

In this view, you can see all deleted appointments. Deleted appointments have no reson recorded and send no messages to customers when deleted. They are shown from the most recent/ future date to the past date on the last page.

In this view, you can view the appointment window, click edit to edit the appointment or click Log to see records of updates made by time and the user logged in. You can also undelete any deleted appointments to bring them back to be visible in the profiles and calendar page.

Cancelled Appointments

In this view, you can see all cancelled appointments. Cancelled appointments have the option to record a reason, and will send your cancellation appointment message template to customers when cancelled. They are shown from the most recent/ future date to the past date on the last page.

In this view, you can view the appointment window, click edit to edit the appointment or click Log to see records of updates made by time and the user logged in. You can also uncancel any cancelled appointments to bring them back to be visible in the profiles and calendar page.
