Quickly Invite a Contact from the Scale Dashboard
On the Dashboard home page, click the Invite button near the top left of the page.
Here you can invite Contacts by typing their emails (comma separate multiple addresses) or select a list. Alternatively, download the QR code or share the URL directly to your Scale Studio.
A few things to know
Email domain validation
If a contact's email uses a domain that isn't configured to receive email (often due to a typo, like gnails.co instead of gmail.com), you'll see an inline error and a toast notification. Double-check the address before retrying.
Suppressed addresses
If a contact's email has previously hard-bounced, it will show a Suppressed status and won't receive new invitations until cleared. See the Suppressed contacts article for how to clear a suppression.
The same contact across multiple studios
You can add the same contact (by email) to multiple studios within your account. Each studio tracks its own invitations, submissions, and activity log for that contact independently.
