Not Receiving Emails from Scale Headshots

Ensure you receive invitation emails, notifications, and platform updates by whitelisting our email address.

Why You Might Not Be Receiving Emails

If you're not seeing emails from Scale Headshots in your inbox, there are a few common causes. Corporate email systems and firewalls often block emails from unfamiliar domains, especially those containing sign-up or invitation links. Your email provider may also be routing our messages to spam or junk folders without notifying you.

We can confirm when emails have been successfully delivered to your address, but if they show as unopened on our end, the issue is typically occurring within your email system.

Note: If your organization has configured a custom sender domain for Scale Headshots, the email address to whitelist may be different from the one below. Confirm with your studio administrator.

Whitelist Our Email Address

To ensure reliable delivery, ask your IT team to whitelist the following email address:

This address sends invitation links to new users, notifications to admins, and important platform updates. Once whitelisted, your IT team may also be able to locate previously blocked emails that were filtered before reaching your inbox.

Whitelist Our Domain (Optional)

If your organization requires domain-level whitelisting, you can also add:

dashboard.scaleheadshots.com

This ensures access to the Scale Headshots platform and any links contained in our emails.

Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Before reaching out to IT, take a quick look in your spam or junk folder. If you find our emails there, mark them as "Not Spam" or move them to your inbox. This helps train your email provider to deliver future messages correctly.

Your Email May Be Suppressed

If your email address has previously hard-bounced (for example, due to a temporary delivery issue or a server-side rejection), Scale Headshots may have automatically marked it as Suppressed -- meaning no further emails will be sent until your studio administrator clears the suppression.

If you suspect this is the case, reach out to your studio administrator. They can clear the suppression and try sending again.

Invitation Links Expire

Keep in mind that invitation links have an expiration window. If too much time has passed since the original email was sent, the link may no longer work. If you've recently whitelisted our email address and need a fresh invitation, reach out to your account admin or contact our support team for a new link.
