Step 1: Log In
Go to bestof.cityspark.com and log into your account.
Step 2: Select Your Ballot
Once logged in, select the ballot you'd like to update.
Step 3: Navigate to Advertising
Use the left-hand navigation panel to scroll down and click on Advertising.
Step 4: Choose the Ad Type You Want to Update
There are different types of ads you may want to update:
➤ Sponsorship Ads
Click Sponsorship Ad.
Select Edit.
Scroll to the image section.
Click Choose File to upload your new image.
Click Done after the image is uploaded.
Finally, click Save.
➤ Group Ads
Click on Group Ads.
Choose the specific group that contains your ad.
Select either Group Sponsorship Ad or Group Interstitial Ad depending on your needs.
Click Edit.
Scroll to the images section.
Upload your new desktop and mobile images.
Click Save.
➤ Category Ads
Click on Category Ads.
Click Edit next to the specific ad you wish to up.
Scroll down to the image section.
Upload the new desktop and mobile images by selecting Choose File.
Click Save.
Please note the image will not update immediately after you choose a the new image. It will update after you click Save and the page refreshes.
To verify any of the changes:
Navigate to the associated group or category on the ballot.
Refresh the page to see the updated ad image.
