Fraudulent activities and cheating can undermine the integrity of your Best of platform. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of managing fraud recommendations, allowing you to identify and disqualify suspicious submissions efficiently and effectively.
Once logged in, navigate to the Ballot Overview page.
You can find this option on the left-hand side of your screen.
Scroll down and locate the "Submissions" option on the left-hand side.
Click the tab labeled "Fraud Recommendations" on the right side of the header.
View submissions that have been flagged by the system for potential fraudulent activity.
These recommendations are based on factors such as IP address and other relevant categories.
As you go through the list of fraud recommendations, you have the option to disqualify individual votes.
Additionally, you can choose to disqualify all votes from the same person or IP address. If you do not select this button, it will only remove votes from the flagged category.
After making your disqualification selections, click the "Update" button.
This action will reload the page and present you with the next round of fraud recommendations.
Bulk Disqualification: you can choose to mark the entire group of submissions as fraudulent. By doing this, you nullify all votes from those submissions.
If you select the “Fraud all votes made by above Voter(s) for all other categories also”, that will disqualify all the votes made from all of the flagged voters.
Once you have reviewed and managed the fraud recommendations, the system will reload to reflect the changes you've made.
