What a Poll campaign can be used for
How it works: a poll campaign invites users to vote on a question or topic—just like a traditional vote. You present a question with multiple choice answers (e.g. A, B, C, D), and users select their preferred option. Results can be shown instantly or after the vote ends, making it a simple yet powerful tool for engagement and insight.
Use cases:
🛍️ Retail & E-commerce
Ask customers to vote on which product should go on sale next, or what new item they’d love to see.
🏥 Healthcare & Wellness
Poll users on wellness goals, health tips, or personal habits.
🍔 Food & Beverage
Let your audience decide the next flavor, dish of the week, or seasonal special.
🏨 Hospitality & Travel
Ask users to vote on their favorite vacation destination, hotel perk, or travel activity.
🎉 Events & Entertainment
Poll your audience on preferred themes, artists, or trivia questions → increases event hype and audience involvement before or during the event.
To set up the 'Vote' campaign, open the campaign and select the game. From there, you can add your design and other settings.
We recommend reusing an existing design kit, then adding the prizes and customizing the overall look of the game.
You can enter 'Content', where you'll be able to adjust different areas: 'Questions', 'Answers', and 'Results' related to the setup.
To edit each section, click 'Edit Poll', where you can set up the various questions, answers, and result pages.
Start by entering a question and setting it up correctly. Under 'Question settings', you'll find additional options, such as adding an image or video, or allowing the user to select multiple answers.
In 'Settings', you can configure additional options for the poll, such as displaying the number of answers and showing the percentage of responses.
These settings will be reflected on the result page, as in the following example:
If you toggle the 'Advanced' button at the bottom of the menu, more options will appear. You can define how many decimal places to show for each answer, and also customize the layout of the poll overview.
On the result page itself, you can access more settings via the 'Advanced Editor'. This gives you greater control over the content setup on the left-hand side. You can also add a related image to appear on your website.
The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
