You can enter the prizes from two different areas within the platform:
From the left-hand menu, which applies to the entire campaign.
From the 'Game prizes' section at the bottom, which becomes available when you click on a specific game.
The reason it's shown in two places is that the 'Game prizes' section is tied to that specific game, while the option in the menu is connected to the overall campaign and can be used across multiple games.
You can set up multiple prize types that can be used across the entire game.
Prize: This is the main prize a user wins. It can be distributed manually by you, via a code (either unique or general), or with a barcode – typically used for in-store redemptions.
Consolation: A smaller gift or reward, often used to offer something like a small discount when the user doesn’t win the main prize.
No Prize: As the name suggests, no prize is given.
Once you’ve selected the overall prize combination, click 'Create prize' at the bottom.
Next, you’ll need to give the prize a name and a description.
Note: This information will also appear on the actual prize page, but it can be edited later directly on that page if needed.
Then you can set the value (to indicate the prize’s worth) and choose the number of prizes available for this specific reward.
Alternatively, you can select ‘Unlimited amount’ if you want to distribute the prize to everyone – for example, 5–10% discount codes.
Win Chance
Consolation – fills up the prize pool:
This means that the consolation prize will be distributed based on the total number of participants. In other words, it helps ensure that more users receive something, even if they don’t win the main prize.
Dynamic – depending on other dynamic prizes:
Here, you can set a maximum percentage of how many participants can win this specific prize, based on all the prizes connected to the overall campaign.
Fixed – always uses the same percentage
You can define the win chance here. For example, setting it to 1% means that 1 out of 100 participants will win this specific prize.
Prize Add-ons (Optional settings you can apply):
Trigger finish event: Choose what should trigger the end of the game – options include None, Win, or No prize, depending on how the prize is set up.
Use prize page: Enables a dedicated prize page. You can insert this page into your campaign flow by selecting the gift icon in the bottom right corner.
Notify on win: Participants will receive a notification when they win.
Disabled: Marks the prize as inactive. Useful if you’re replacing it with other prizes.
Prize pool: Set the total quantity available for this specific prize. This will appear in the campaign overview when clicked.
Last redeem time: Define the deadline for when the prize can be claimed (e.g. a discount code with an expiry date).
Redeem without wallet: Only relevant if you're using the Wallet feature. Allows the prize to be redeemed without it.
