What a Lucky Number campaign can be used for

How it works: The Lucky Number campaign invites users to guess a number within a set range. Users input a number to see if it matches the pre-set winning number. It’s quick, suspenseful, and easy to play, making it great for driving interaction and repeat participation.

Use cases:

🛍️ Retail & E-commerce
Offer users the chance to guess the lucky number to unlock a discount or win a featured product.

🍔 Food & Beverage
Let users guess to win a free item, special combo, or loyalty points—ideal for limited-time campaigns.

🎉 Events & Entertainment
Create buzz by letting users guess a number to win tickets, VIP access, or event-related prizes.

Setting up the 'Lucky Number' campaign

To set up the Puzzle campaign, open the campaign and select the game. From there, you can add your design and configure the settings.

We recommend starting with an existing design kit, then adding your prizes and customizing the visual layout of the game.

To set up a code that participants need to guess, you can either create it directly in the system or upload it via a file:

You can modify the text displayed below the setup here:

In 'Settings', you can choose up to 10 characters in total, specify whether the code should include both letters and numbers, and set how many characters to display per row:

If you want to assist the participant by revealing one of the characters, you can highlight it here:

The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
