What Interactive Graphics can be used for
How it works: Interactive graphics allow users to engage directly with visual elements — clicking, hovering, exploring, or navigating content in a dynamic and intuitive way. These graphics transform static information into hands-on experiences that increase engagement, guide decision-making, and drive action.
💡 Use Cases:
🛍️ Retail & E-commerce
Let customers explore products visually, reveal hidden offers by interacting with items, or match with personalized recommendations through engaging touchpoints.
🏥 Healthcare & Wellness
Use interactive visuals to educate users about healthy habits, let them select preferences, or answer wellness questions in a more engaging, user-friendly way.
🍔 Food & Beverage
Present menus, daily deals, or product matchups in a fun, interactive format that helps users discover new favorites or unlock special offers.
🎉 Events & Entertainment
Enhance pre-event engagement or on-site experiences with interactive maps, challenges, or quizzes that users can explore visually in real time.
How to add an interactive graphic page to the campaign flow
Interactive graphics is not a game itself but a special format that can be added if it is included in your license.
To add one, go to the Campaign Flow, click on ‘New Page’, and select ‘Interactive Graphic’. This gives you an example of how the setup works.
You can then upload any image you want to use for this purpose—for example, a calendar, a city map, a park, or anything that users need to explore in order to receive information.
Next, you can map the different items, adjust their positions, modify the image, and make any other necessary changes. You can also add multiple images if needed.
Each image can be named as you wish for display purposes.
You can define where each item should appear on the image, add a hover effect (explained further below), and choose an action point that links it to a specific game in the campaign flow.
If you want to use a general image for all items, you can upload it here as well.
For example, if you want users to interact with a calendar on a specific day or time, you can activate a ‘Schedule’ by configuring each item individually.
You will then be able to choose from the following options (details would typically follow here).
After that, go to ‘Settings’ and enable the schedules so they appear.
In ‘Style’, you can adjust the width of the entire image so that it displays well on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Hover effects allow you to highlight items visually. You can use the system’s general hover effects for this setup.
To add a hover effect to your interactive graphic, go to ‘Content’, then ‘Map Items’.
Proceed to ‘Edit Map Item Positions’:
Then click 'Hover':
Next, go to ‘Map Items Hover’ and enable the ‘Shadow’ effect.
If the shadow doesn't appear on all elements, you’ll need to enable it individually. To do this, open the item, go to ‘Hover’, and toggle the ‘Use Hover’ switch.
