What a ‘Guess the Result’ (also named 'Score') campaign can be used for
How it works: The Guess the Result campaign invites users to predict an outcome—such as the winner of a match, the result of a competition, or a future event. Users select or input their guess and instantly find out if they were correct. It’s engaging, interactive, and ideal for building anticipation and encouraging return visits.
Use cases
🛍️ Retail & E-commerce
Let users guess the result of a product launch, trend, or customer poll to unlock discounts, enter prize draws, or win exclusive products.
🍔 Food & Beverage
Run interactive campaigns where users guess results related to your brand—such as the most popular dish of the month or upcoming menu items—to earn rewards, free items, or loyalty points.
🎉 Events & Entertainment
Build excitement by letting users predict results like award winners, match outcomes, or event surprises. Winners can receive tickets, early access, or exclusive merchandise.
Setting Up a ‘Guess the Result’ Campaign
To set up a Guess the Result campaign:
Add a ‘New Page’
Choose ‘Game’
Go to ‘Elements’ > ‘Game Formats’
Scroll down and drag ‘Score’ into your campaign flow
(Note: The name and template are being updated soon.)
We recommend starting with an existing design kit, then adding your prizes and customizing the visual layout of the game.
You can edit three different components: ‘Section’, ‘Score’, or ‘Match’. These will appear at the top when you hover your mouse over the game.
Click on ‘Score’ to configure the overall match setup. This section mainly controls the scoring logic, but you can also adjust image sizes for the teams.
In ‘Settings’, you can define:
The area used for submission
What happens after the user submits their guess
You can also choose:
A submission deadline for each match
A redirect page to display once the deadline has passed
Styling options are available for the overall layout, including background, borders, margins, padding, and more.
To edit the individual matches, click the green ‘Edit Matches’ button.
Here, you can add all the teams, people, products, etc., that users can choose between—then pair them for matchups.
Example:
If using a football theme, you could let users guess the winner of a match between Team A and Team B.
To further adjust the visual appearance of a match block, click on it at the top of the editor. This opens customization options for borders, margins, padding, and other layout settings—so you can tailor it to your campaign’s style.
The rest of the setup follows the standard campaign process, where you design the full flow—including campaign structure, prize pages, and email communication if needed.
