To set up the Spin the Wheel campaign, open the campaign and select the Spin the Wheel game. From there, you can apply your design and configure the necessary settings.

We recommend reusing an existing design kit as a starting point. Once applied, you can add the prizes and adjust the visual layout of the wheel to match your branding.

After that, go to ‘Content’ and then ‘Slices’, where you can assign prizes to each slice of the wheel.

Add all the necessary prizes. If you don’t have the exact information yet, you can simply add a title for each slice and fill in the details later. This will allow you to complete the initial campaign setup.

Then, select the specific prize from the dropdown menu—this will show which slice of the wheel it is linked to.

You can download a PSD file to ensure the design fits the correct dimensions. Make sure to include the right number of slices when working with the file.

When you download the PSD file, it will match the number of slices your wheel is configured with:

This is important—if the dimensions are incorrect, the arrow may not stop in the right place, which can confuse participants.

If you want the Try Again button to appear, go to Menu > Settings > Advanced. Just remember to add it to the wheel, like you do with the prices. It will appear as 'Try again':

If you want to use the wheel without uploading a full image, you can toggle off the green button. This allows you to customize each slice individually by setting a color or uploading a design per prize.

To do this, select a prize and open it. Then go to the ‘Design’ section.

Here, you can either choose a color for the slice or upload an image for that specific slice.

Once added, the design will appear on the wheel, giving you a complete and customized look.

If you use a custom image, remember to set the Spin object to either Wheel or Center image—otherwise, it won’t function correctly.

Note: The wheel will not function in preview mode until all prizes and settings are correctly configured.

Make sure the number of prizes matches the number of slices—if there’s a prize that isn’t assigned to a slice, the wheel won’t work properly.

The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
