What a Puzzle campaign can be used for

How it works: the puzzle campaign challenges users to piece together an image—whether it’s your product, logo, or a themed visual—by dragging and dropping tiles into place. It’s simple, visual, and rewarding, making it ideal for driving focus, brand recall, and longer time-on-page.

Use cases:

🛍️ Retail & E-commerce
Reveal a new product, collection, or discount code with the puzzle.

🍔 Food & Beverage
Show a dish, menu item, or brand mascot piece by piece.

🏨 Hospitality & Travel
Let users solve a puzzle of a dream destination or resort.

🎉 Events & Entertainment
Tease a lineup, poster, or surprise guest behind the puzzle.

Setting up the Puzzle campaign

To set up the Puzzle campaign, open the campaign and select the game. From there, you can add your design and configure the settings.

We recommend starting with an existing design kit, then adding your prizes and customizing the visual layout of the game.

To change the image, click on the image that appears in the menu, then upload the one you'd like to use—it will appear shortly.

You can also adjust the size of the puzzle here.

In the 'Settings' section, you can define the puzzle layout by selecting the number of pieces to suit your preferences.

You can also:

  • Preview what the completed puzzle will look like

  • Adjust the timer for how long users have to complete it

  • Set the 'Max Attempts', which defines how many times a user can try

The rest follows the standard campaign setup, where you design the full flow—including the overall campaign structure, prize pages, and emails if needed.
