To create a prize for your game, start by navigating to the ‘Prizes’ section:

You can access it directly through the main menu or via this:

Once you're in the Prizes section, define the different prizes you’d like to include for this specific game.

Note: If your campaign contains multiple games, you should upload and assign different prizes to each game accordingly.

Click ‘Create New’ to open a full overview of the available prize types.

You can mix and match between the different options:

  • Manual: Manually select winners within the platform.

  • Code: Upload unique discount codes or promo codes, which can be set up in Scratcher.

  • Barcode: Typically used for in-store redemptions and physical prize verification.

Once you’ve selected the appropriate prize type, click ‘Create Prize’.

You’ll then be guided through the setup where you can:

  • Name your prize

  • Set its value

  • Define various details

If any fields are missing, try clicking on ‘Prize settings’ and enabling ‘Advanced’ options to reveal additional fields.

When everything is configured, click the green ‘Add Prize’ button. Your prize will now appear in the prize list.

The small gift icon indicates where you can customize the design of each prize-related page. Click this to view and edit the layout. Once you're finished, you can return to the campaign flow using the navigation button on the left.

Email Setup (Optional)

If you're sending emails through Scratcher, access the email editor via the dropdown menu: Select the prize you want to feature in the email

Choose ‘New Prize Email’

Pick from a selection of predefined design templates and customize the layout as needed:

No Prize Page

A ‘No Prize’ page is a part of the campaign flow. This is where you can:

  • Style and customize what a user sees if they don’t win a prize

  • Choose whether the outcome is marked as a win or loss

  • Set the follow-up page they are directed to
