In ScribbleVet, you sign in with your email and a six-digit login code. Use this article to fix a login code that doesn't arrive, change your sign-in email, or resolve a "trial expired" message.

Fix a login code that doesn't arrive

ScribbleVet generates a six-digit login code each time you sign in. Each code can be used only once and expires in 10 minutes.

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your email and select Continue to request a new code. The code is emailed to you within a few seconds.

  2. Check your inbox and your spam folder.

  3. If you still can't find the code, add scribblevet.com emails to your address book. Your email provider may be blocking the sender's address.

  4. Enter the (newest) code.

To skip the code on future sign-ins, set up a password under Settings on the ScribbleVet website. For steps, see ScribbleVet Password.

Note: You can update your password only from the website, not from the mobile app.

Change your sign-in email

You can't change your sign-in email yourself. Email support@scribblevet.com so the team can verify your previous and new email addresses.

Fix a "trial expired" message

If you're a veterinarian and your 14-day Guest trial has ended, you need an assigned seat to keep using ScribbleVet. If your practice has an open seat, the message appears because you're still a "Guest".

  1. Ask your practice account administrator to assign you a Full-time or Part-time seat. For their steps, see Assign a Seat to a Veterinarian.

  2. After the seat is assigned, refresh ScribbleVet or sign out and sign back in.
