Our phone dialer feature is designed to integrate with your practice phone number so you can start calling directly from your ScribbleVet account, record your calls, and scribble them with a simple click!
Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of ScribbleVet to open the Settings page.
Navigate to Practice → Phone numbers → Add phone number
Add a Display Name and a Phone number, then click Continue.
If you have an extension, you can select Call and capture or submit it manually by selecting I know my extension sequence.
If no extension is needed, select No, continue.
You'll receive a call with a 6-digit code. Input this code into the keypad.
You're all set! Start making calls and scribbling those notes!
Some Important Reminders:
Make sure to ask for consent before recording, and hit the record button once ready!
Verifying the phone number will allow ScribbleVet to emulate the practice phone number.
Only admins or practice owners will have the ability to add and verify phone numbers.
A phone number can only be used once; if it is attached to another account, the practice admin/owner will need to remove the number to free it for the practice account.
You can verify multiple phone numbers.
A number can only be attached to a single practice.
You can have multiple members calling at the same time!
