Using the Direct Dialer

The Direct Dialer lets practice staff record outbound calls, enabling more focused client conversations. Summarizing discussions on post-operative instructions, bloodwork results, or acute and chronic illnesses allows the team to spend more time on client relations.

From the patient appointment:

  • Select the green Call Button

  • Enter the client's phone number.

    • Select the green Call Button to dial out

  • The client will receive a message stating this call is being recorded.

    • Account owners can toggle this feature off in the practice settings. More information here

If the client declines to be recorded

  • Select the square to stop the recording.

  • Select the circle to start recording again.

  • Confirm to start recording the outbound conversation with the client.

Other options include the ability to Mute and End the Call. Once the call is finished, select Scribble. Try out our built-in Client Callback template or create a custom template. Always review the scribbled note before sending.
