Transcripts are always available for every visit, but will minimize by default once a record has been scribbled. Once expanded, the full transcript will be visible as well as an option to access the recordings.
Recordings are available to review and download for up to 90 days; the option for accessing recordings can be found within the expanded Transcript section.
