Before you begin
You must be a practice account administrator to subscribe.
Seat management is only available in the web app at web.scribblevet.com; it is not yet available on mobile. If you're on a phone or tablet, open web.scribblevet.com/settings/billing in a browser.
How to subscribe
When your practice has no active subscription, a Subscribe now banner appears at the top of the web app. Click Subscribe now.
The Select a plan screen appears with Essential and Unleashed options. Select Unleashed ("Full power with team collaboration") to enable veterinarian seat management.
Set the number of Full-time and Part-time veterinarian seats your practice needs.
Enter your payment details and click Subscribe. Your subscription is now active.
Note: If you don't see the Essential plan option on the Select a plan screen, email support@scribblevet.com before proceeding. |
After subscribing, you can assign seats to your veterinarians from Settings → Practice → Seats. For more information on adding or removing seats, see Add or Remove Seats in ScribbleVet.
