If you're a practice administrator or practice owner, you can cancel your ScribbleVet subscription directly from the web app. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Note: Subscription cancellation is only available on the web app and cannot be completed from the mobile app.
Before you begin
You must be a practice administrator or practice owner to cancel the subscription.
Cancellation is only available at web.scribblevet.com.
If your practice is part of a larger group or corporate organization, please contact support@scribblevet.com for assistance with your cancellation request.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle after cancellation.
Refunds are not issued for any unused portion of the billing period.
Cancel your subscription
Sign in to web.scribblevet.com.
Click the Settings gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
Select Billing.
Scroll to the bottom of the Next Payment section.
Click Cancel subscription.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't I see the Cancel subscription button?
Only practice administrators and practice owners can cancel a subscription. If you don't have one of these roles, please contact your practice administrator for assistance.
Will I lose access immediately?
No. You'll continue to have access to ScribbleVet until the end of your current billing period. After that date, your subscription will end automatically.
Will I receive a refund?
No. ScribbleVet does not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle after a subscription is canceled.
