A task is a prioritized activity you (or your team) need to do to complete a project. A task contains specific details including when the task needs to be done.
Typically tasks are created at the start of a project In the Site Task form you can add assignee(s), contractor(s), task date and time, description/notes of a task, units, resources such as worker(s), equipment(s), material(s), etc
Steps:
1. Click Add a task
2. Name the title of the task
3. Select the start date and end date - you can also select a time
4. Write the quantity of the task - Site Task has all units such as KM, M, SQM, L, M3, PIECES, and all the other units
5. Select location - locations can be customized, these are created by admin to add specific locations to a task.
6. Select Contractor or Contractors
7. Select Assignee or Assignees
8. Write unlimited notes or description
9. Add Parent Tasks
10. Select a Parent task from the listing
11. Add Subtask, you can also select Predecessors and Successors
12. Once you select subtask, predecessor, and successor now you click on Link tasks.
13. Add People to your task, you can add qualitity and time too
14. Add equipment - you can also add quantity and time such as how many hours the equpments was in use
15. Add materials and quantity with units
16. At last Save the Task
