This guide will help candidates understand the process of receiving an interview invitation after applying for a job, preparing for the interview, and checking the status of their application.


Step 1: Join the Interview

  • Objective: Participate in the video call for the interview.

  • Action:

    1. On the day of the interview, log in to your account and navigate to the Interviews section.

    2. Locate the scheduled interview in your calendar.

    3. Click Join Interview to start the video call.

Once connected:

  • Ensure your camera and microphone are enabled.

  • Adjust your lighting and background for clarity.

  • Be prepared to answer questions and engage in conversation.

Step 5: Check the Status of Your Application

  • Objective: Monitor the progress of your application after the interview.

  • Action:

    1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Applications section.

    2. Review the status of your applications:

      • Applied: Your application has been submitted.

      • Shortlisted: You have been selected for further consideration.

      • Scheduled: An interview has been scheduled.

      • Accepted: You have been offered the job.

      • Rejected: Your application has been declined.
