At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find key performance indicators that help you monitor recruitment activity at a glance.

Latest Jobs

This section lists your most recent job postings with essential details:

  • Job Title: Job name

  • Applications: Total applications received

  • Job Poster: Team member who created the job

  • Assignee: Task Owner; the person responsible for taking action regarding this job or application at the current time.

  • Status: Active or Inactive Job

Action: Click any job to view details, edit the post, or deactivate/reactivate it.

High-potential Candidates for Your Jobs

Scrub Valley automatically suggests candidates that match your job requirements:

  • Matching Percentage: Indicates alignment with your job criteria

  • Candidate Details: Name, role, and brief profile summary

Action: Click a candidate to view their profile, save it, download the resume, or invite them to apply.

  • If performance is low, consider updating keywords or job details.

Step 4: Leveraging Candidate Suggestions

Explore Suggested Candidates

  • Click See all under Possible candidates for your jobs.

  • Sort or filter by match percentage, experience, or other criteria.

Take Action

  • Open a candidate profile to:

    • Save the profile

    • Download the resume

    • Invite the candidate to apply

Notifications and Alerts

  • Notification Bell: Located at the top-right corner

  • Purpose: Alerts for new applications, interview reminders, and updates
