The dashboard is the central hub for managing your recruitment activities. It provides a comprehensive view of your job postings, candidate interactions, and key metrics to help you track progress and make informed decisions. Below is a detailed guide on how to navigate and utilize the dashboard effectively.

Key Sections of the Dashboard

a. Top Metrics

  • Active Jobs: Displays the number of active job postings.

    • Action: Click on this section to view details about each job posting, including reactions, applications, and status.

  • Save Candidates: Shows the number of candidates you have saved for future reference.

    • Action: Click to access the Saved Profiles section where you can review and manage saved candidates.

  • Coming Interviews: Indicates upcoming interviews scheduled with candidates.

    • Action: Click to view and manage your interview schedule.

  • Applications: Tracks the total number of applications received for all jobs.

    • Action: Click to see a list of all applications and their statuses.

b. Latest Jobs

  • This section lists your most recent job postings along with key details:

    • Job Name: The title of the job.

    • Reactions: Number of times the job has been viewed or interacted with.

    • Applications: Number of applications received for the job.

    • Job Poster: The person who created the job posting.

    • Status: Indicates whether the job is active or inactive.

    • Action: Click on any job to view its details, edit it, or deactivate/reactivate it.

c. Possible Candidates for Your Jobs

  • This section suggests candidates whose profiles match your job requirements.

    • Match Percentage: Indicates how well the candidate's skills and experience align with your job post.

    • Candidate Details: Includes the candidate's name, role, and a brief description.

    • Action: Click on a candidate to view their profile and take further actions like saving, downloading their resume, or inviting them to apply.

Navigation and Usage Guide

Step 1: Accessing the Dashboard

  • Login: Ensure you are logged into your account.

  • Dashboard View: After logging in, you will be directed to the Home dashboard by default.

Step 2: Understanding Key Metrics

  • Active Jobs: Monitor the performance of your job postings.

    • Best Practice: Regularly update job descriptions and ensure they are optimized for visibility.

  • Save Candidates: Keep track of promising candidates.

    • Best Practice: Save candidates who show potential but may not fit current openings for future roles.

Step 3: Managing Job Postings

  • Viewing Job Details:

    • Click on any job in the "Latest Jobs" section to open its details.

    • Here, you can:

      • Edit the job description.

      • Deactivate/reactivate the job.

      • View candidate applications and interactions.

  • Tracking Performance:

    • Use the metrics (Reactions, Applications) to gauge the effectiveness of your job postings.

    • If a job is underperforming, consider revising the job description or promoting it more actively.

Step 4: Leveraging Candidate Suggestions

  • Exploring Suggested Candidates:

    • Click on the "See all" link under "Possible candidates for your jobs" to view a full list of suggested candidates.

    • Sort and filter candidates based on match percentage, experience, or other criteria.

  • Taking Action on Candidates:

    • Click on a candidate’s profile to view more details.

    • From there, you can:

      • Save the profile for future reference.

      • Download the resume.

      • Invite the candidate to apply for a specific job.

Step 5: Using the Left-Side Menu

  • The left-side menu provides quick access to various sections:

    • Home: Returns you to the main dashboard.

    • Jobs: Manage all your job postings.

    • Candidates: Search for new candidates and view saved profiles.

    • Interviews: Schedule and manage interviews.

    • Recruitment Plan: Plan and track your recruitment strategy.

    • Organization: Manage company settings and team members.

    • Settings: Customize your account preferences.

    • Help: Access support resources and documentation.

Step 6: Notifications and Alerts

  • Notifications Bell Icon: Located at the top-right corner.

    • Purpose: Alerts you about new applications, interview reminders, and system updates.

    • Action: Click the bell icon to view and respond to notifications promptly.

Step 7: Profile Management

  • Profile Dropdown: At the top-right corner, click your profile icon to:

    • Switch between organizations if you manage multiple accounts.

    • Access account settings and personal information.

    • Log out when finished.
