This guide will walk you through the process of selecting a candidate, scheduling an interview, and conducting it using the platform. Follow these steps for a smooth and organized recruitment process.
Step 1: Access the Job Posting
Objective: Navigate to the job posting for which you want to conduct interviews.
Action:
Log in to your account.
Click on the Jobs section from the left-hand menu.
Locate and click on the specific job posting (e.g., "Physical Therapist").
Step 2: Review and Shortlist Candidates
Objective: Identify and shortlist candidates for interviews.
Action:
In the job posting page, click on the Candidates tab.
Review the list of applicants under the Applied tab.
For each candidate:
Click Short List to add them to the shortlisted candidates.
Optionally, click Profile to view their full resume and details.
Step 3: Schedule an Interview
Objective: Set up an interview with a shortlisted candidate.
Action:
Go to the Shortlisted tab to view candidates who have been shortlisted.
Click Set Interview next to the candidate you want to interview (e.g., Hana Soliman).
A pop-up window will appear where you can set the interview details:
Interview Date: Enter the date and time for the interview.
Interviewers: Add the email addresses of all interviewers.
Timezone: Specify the timezone for the interview.
Notes: Add any additional notes or instructions.
Click Save Interview to confirm the scheduling.
The candidate’s status will update to Scheduled, and they will receive an invitation to the interview.
Step 4: Join the Scheduled Interview
Objective: Conduct the scheduled interview with the candidate.
Action:
Navigate to the Interviews section from the left-hand menu.
Locate the scheduled interview in the calendar view.
Click on the interview to open its details.
Click Join Interview to start the video call.
Ensure your camera and microphone are enabled before joining the meeting.
Step 5: Conduct the Interview
Objective: Engage with the candidate during the interview.
Action:
Once the interview starts, use the video conferencing tools to communicate effectively.
Ask prepared questions and take notes as needed.
Use the End Meeting option when the interview is complete.
Step 6: Post-Interview Actions
Objective: Manage the outcome of the interview.
Action:
After the interview, return to the Candidates tab in the job posting.
Update the candidate’s status based on the interview outcome:
Click Hire if the candidate is selected.
Click Reject if the candidate is not suitable.
Optionally, schedule a second interview by clicking Set Second Interview .
