How to Select a Candidate and Conduct an Interview

Step-by-step instructions on shortlisting your qualified applicants to prepare for a successful interview on the platform.

After filtering and managing candidates, the next step is to move forward with interviews. This guide explains how to shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct them through the platform.

How To Access a Job Post

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Jobs

  2. Click Current Jobs and Select the job posting you want to manage (e.g. Nurse)

  3. Click Candidates on the right side to display candidates list

How To Review and Shortlist Candidates

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to Jobs, click Current Jobs

  2. Choose a Job from the Active Jobs

  3. Click on the Candidates tab on the right side.

  4. Go to the Applied tab to review applicants.

  5. For each candidate, you can:

  • Step 1: Choose Shortlist from the drop down menu to move them forward to Shortlisted section

  • Step 2: Click Shortlisted from the upper tab bar to review their resume and details

How To Schedule an Interview

To conduct an interview:

  1. Select a candidate from the Shortlisted tab.

  2. Click Set Interview button next to the candidate’s name

    If the Interview is Online:

  • In the pop-up window, fill in the details:

  • Determine the duration

  • Enter the date and Select multiple time slots for the interview.

  • Determine the time zone: this automatically prevent double bookings.

  • Invite any additional participant to join the interview (optional)

  • Click Confirm & Schedule to confirm the scheduling.

  • Change the candidates status to Scheduled

    If the Interview is Offline:

  • In the pop-up window, fill in the details:

  • Determine the location

  • Determine the duration

  • Enter the date and Select multiple time slots for the interview.

  • Determine the time zone: this automatically prevent double bookings.

  • Invite any additional participant to join the interview.

  • Click Confirm & Schedule to confirm the scheduling

  • Change the candidates status to Scheduled from the drop-down menu

Results: Calendar invitations will be sent automatically to all attendees once the interview is confirmed.

Note: You can reschedule the interview by clicking Reschedule next to the drop-down menu

How To Join the Scheduled Interview

  1. Go to the Interviews section from the left-hand menu.

  2. Find the scheduled interview in the calendar.

  3. Click the interview to open the details.

  4. Select Join Interview to start the video call

Please Note: Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled before joining

How To Conduct the Interview

During the interview:

  1. Use the video tools to communicate clearly

  2. Ask your prepared questions

  3. Take notes as needed

  4. Click End Meeting when finished

Post-Interview Actions

After the interview:

  1. Return to the Jobs tab on the left-hand menu

  2. Click Current Jobs and choose the Job you want to manage

  3. Click Candidates on the right side

  4. Click on Scheduled from the upper tab bar

  5. Update the candidate’s status:

Interviewed

Interview is completed but the offer isn't sent yet to the candidate

Accepted

Candidate is selected

Rejected

Candidate doesn't fit

Set Second Interview

An Option depends on your desire

Offered

Offer is sent to the candidate after he got accepted
