Archiving Brands in Scrunch

A guide to managing your brands in Scrunch

Updated yesterday

Archiving brands in Scrunch helps you keep your account organized by removing brands you’re no longer actively working on—without permanently deleting their data. This is especially useful for agencies managing multiple clients or using Scrunch to prospect with some sample data.

Note: only users with Admin permissions can archive active brands

When to Archive a Brand

You might want to archive a brand if:

  • A client project has ended, but you want to keep their historical data.

  • You’ve reached your brand limit and need to free up space for a new client.

  • You want to pause monitoring for a client.

Steps to Archive a Brand

  1. Log in to Scrunch
Use your agency admin account to access your Scrunch dashboard.

  2. Go to Your Brand List
From the main navigation, select the Organization Settings tab to see all active brands in your account.

  3. Find the Brand to Archive
Locate the brand you want to archive. If you don't see it listed, it may not be associated properly with your organization/agency. Reach out to Customer Success to help with this.

  4. Open Brand Settings
Click on the brand’s Settings (three dots).

  5. Select “Archive Brand”

    • A confirmation pop-up will appear.

    • Confirm the action to archive the brand.

  6. Verify the Brand Has Been Archived
Once archived, the brand will no longer appear in your Active Brands list.

What Happens When You Archive a Brand

  • Scrunch stops collecting responses for prompts and the environment is removed from the brand toggle.

  • All data remains saved and can be restored at any time.

  • The brand will no longer count toward your active brand limit.

  • Any prompts, reports, or tags remain intact if you'd like to restore it.
