Overview
The Organization Settings Tab is your central hub for managing brands and integrations across your agency account. From here, admins can archive or restore brands, spin up API keys, and (soon) manage organization-wide user permissions.
Note: Only organization admins can see the Organization Settings Tab.
What You Can Do in the Organization Settings Tab
Manage All Brands
View every brand tied to your organization.
Archive brands you no longer want monitored.
Restore brands if you want to re-activate them later.
Generate API Keys
Spin up API keys scoped for reporting integrations like Looker Studio or custom dashboards.
Restrict keys to specific brands for more controlled access.
User Management (Coming Soon)
We’re developing additional settings to allow org admins to:
Invite users to the entire organization.
Assign role-based permissions (admin, editor, viewer).
For now, brand-level user management is handled within each brand’s Settings Tab.
Archiving Brands
Archiving removes a brand from active monitoring while preserving its historical data.
Steps to archive a brand:
Navigate to the Organization Settings Tab.
Select Brands.
Find the brand you’d like to archive and click the archive icon.
Confirm the action.
What happens next:
The brand is removed from dashboards and reporting.
Historical data remains accessible.
A slot in your subscription plan is freed up.
API Keys
API keys allow you to bring Scrunch data into external tools.
Steps to create an API key:
Go to the Organization Settings Tab.
Select API Keys.
Click Create API Key.
Choose the scope (Query only) and select which brands it applies to.
Save the key.
Important: For security reasons, you’ll only see the key once - be sure to copy and store it safely.

Archive inactive clients/prospects
Limit API key access to the brands and teams that need them.
Reserve org-level settings for admins only.

Q: Can non-admins access the Organization Settings Tab?
Right now, only org admins can see and use this tab. Reach out to support@scrunchai.com to designate org admins.
Q: Does archiving delete my data?
No, historical data is preserved and can be restored.
