Check and reply to messages from your Customers

Direct Messages

Messages can come directly from Customers without an order being placed.

  • An existing or potential new Customer can message you at anytime. To ask about terms, products or something else.

  • These live in your messages and you will be notified by email to say you have one. But its a good habit to check these every time you jump into Sellar.

  • We would always recommending getting back within 24 hours, like finalising orders. Making sure your Customers have a good experience on Sellar.

Order Comments

Comments can come from your Customers about a specific order they have placed with you.

  • Customers might reach about a specific order to ask when they are getting it or for anything else.

  • These live in your messages and you will be notified by email to say you have one. But its a good habit to check these every time you jump into Sellar.

  • We would always recommending getting back within 24 hours, like finalising orders. Making sure your Customers have a good experience on Sellar.
