What are links?
Links are how your Customers will find you and order from you on Sellar. Importantly, anyone ordering from you using a link will not count as an Acquired Customer through Sellar Market and will not incur an Open Order Fee.
You should use your links to point your customers to Sellar as the place where they can order from you. You have the ability to use different links in different places and customise them to your needs.
It will show them based on your settings and link the right products, prices, delivery options and credit terms. Even without them signing up to Sellar. If they want to place an order, they can do so on the same page.

Creating Links
The 'include pricing' will show and hide pricing on the links you generate. We recommend always having it on.

Main Link
This will show - Your Sellar Storefront based on your Customer Zones.
What happens when clicked - If they are not logged into Sellar, they will be asked to enter their venue postcode. This works out which Customer Zone they fit into and which delviery options you offer them.
Where to use - This is your main wide link. Website, Trade Mailer, Email Footer, Social Media etc. They can place an order right away if they have an account, or sign up to place an order if they don't. More info here.
Customers
This will show - Your Sellar Storefront specific to the customer chosen from your list and their settings. Great if they have discounts or availability which is outside of what is chosen against your Customer Zones. This includes credit terms specific to them.
What happens when clicked - No need to log in or enter a password, they will see everything based on their settings.
Where to use - Send this to existing or newly prospected customers who have prices or availability that are different to above link. They can place an order right away if they have an account, or sign up to place an order if they don't.
Pricing
This will show - Your Sellar Storefront with prices specific to the Price List the link is for. The Product Catalogues will come from your Customer Zones.
What happens when clicked - No need to log in or enter a password, they will see everything based on the Price List. We will ask them for a postcode to work out a Product Catalogue and delivery options.
Where to use - If you want to share pricing with someone whose price list is not attached to any Customer Zones. Don't send them an out-of-date PDF. Use this link, and they can place an order right away.
Product and formats
Using the products and formats tab, you can adjust any of the links above (main, customers and pricing) to show a single product or products that are in a certain package.
Choose the type of link you wish to start with.
Choose how you want to filter your link down further:
Select one or more package types
Search and choose a specific product
Where to use - Put this behind a new product launch in your mailer, link straight to that product. Alternatively, filter to just cans and bottles, using it in targeted mailers for Bottle Shops.
