With Sellar Shipping, you can choose to ship via either UPS or Parcelforce when finalising your order.

Here is some information about the services provided by UPS and Parcelforce. For courier charges and our estimated item rates see here.

UPS

Domestic Standard

  • 1-2 day delivery

  • Same day and next day collection available

  • All product formats up to 59kg

  • Tracking, customer delivery notifications and proof of delivery

  • Invoice value insurance up to Β£80 per boxed item - no excess

  • Three re-delivery attempts for failed delivery before returning to original collection address.

Recommended for:

  • All product formats

  • Packaged products that are well protected (see our guide for best practices)

  • Shipping steel kegs and casks

Tracking, customer delivery notifications and proof of delivery

  • Tracking will be available to both you and your customers within Sellar on the order details page

  • Customers will receive email and SMS notifications when

  • Customers can sign in to UPS My Choice to set their preferences for:

    • Delivery alerts

    • Driver instructions

    • Alternative delivery location

    • Receive 1 to 4 hour estimated delivery windows

    • Re-scheduled delivery

    • Re-deliver to address if delivery was missed

  • Proof of delivery: name and signature of the person who accepted the order

Parcelforce

Express 24

  • Next working day delivery

  • Next-day collection available

  • Ships only fully boxed products under 25kg

  • Tracking, customer delivery notifications and proof of delivery

  • No printer required - driver brings the labels

  • Re-delivery the following day if delivery fails. May leave with neighbour if the customer has defined a safe place or leave-safe instructions.

Recommended for:

  • Packed products including glass bottles

  • Residential addresses

Tracking, customer delivery notifications and proof of delivery

  • Tracking will be sent via email upon collection booking

  • Customers will receive email and SMS notifications on day of dispatch, the day of delivery and 30-90 minutes prior to delivery

  • Proof of delivery: name and signature of the person that accepted the order
