Before you start, make sure your Sellar Courier Settings are correct!
Make sure that your Courier Eligibility Rules allow you to ship 30L, 50L and 9G containers. Changing these rules to the maximum size for each container will do this.
Make sure you have Courier pricing set for these containers or a flat price to reflect. These will no longer go to pallet delivery pricing.
Make sure you remove any MOQs from nationwide price tiers you may have set up for pallet orders.
About the Service
Collection happens from your local hub and you will need to get the order there.
DX will pick up and deliver the following from your local hub:
Cases
30L and 50L kegs
9G casks
Service includes:
Overnight service (Monday - Friday)
Daily collections (Monday - Friday)
Creating Labels
You will need to email shipping@sellar.io to request shipping labels
Please send your requests by 6 pm for collection the next day
To get labels for orders shipped with DX, you will need to send us an email with all the information. You can do this in bulk each day or as orders appear to shipping@sellar.io
Let us know:
The Sellar Order Number(s) you need labels for
The collection date for each
Delivery notes for each
How many labels are required (1 per large item, cases can be double boxed etc)
Example: 123456 - 31/10/2025 - Gate code is 1234 - 3
We will email you the labels back to attach to the items in order. Please check these for errors.
If an item is over 25kg, a second label must be attached. Which we will send over.
Collection
You will need to get your orders to your local hub for DX to collect them.
You will need to drop your labelled orders off at your local hub before the collection date. The orders will be picked up from here by DX and sent to your Customer
