Why choose PalletTrack for your pallet order?

If your products are heavier than the maximum sizes in your Courier settings, your Customer will switch to pallet delivery. The Sellar Shipping option for this is PalletTrack.

They will ship wrapped quarter, half and full pallets using their tail lift fleet. More on PalletTrack here. This is a 48-hour service to most postcodes, which is fully insured.

Collection

Pallet Track will collect pallets Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Collection will be any time between 9 am and 5 pm on the date selected when requesting labels. A specific collection time frame cannot be chosen, unfortunately.

If you have special access requirements, you can add collection notes to your booking form when requesting labels. We will pass these on to PalletTrack.

Delivery

Delivery is Monday to Friday within a 2-hour delivery slot between 9 am - 5 pm.

Your Customer will get a 2-hour delivery slot texted to them on the day of delivery (if a number is provided).

48 Hour Delivery Standard - They will receive a text and or email on their delivery day with a 2-hour delivery time slot.

48 Hour Delivery Book In - They will receive a text or an email to get in contact with PalletTrack to book their delivery in. They can email or call PalletTrack to choose a delivery date that suits them. Choose this when requesting labels.

PM only Delivery - The slot received will only be between noon and 5 pm, there is a £7.50 surcharge for this. Choose this when requesting labels.

Display your label on two sides of the pallet (opposites)

How to use PalletTrack

If a customer chooses a pallet delivery at checkout, you can book this with PalletTrack.

Booking Collection and Labels

Pallets booked by 6pm are eligible for next-day collection

Click the 'Book Pallet Delivery' button at the top of the order. This will appear for any orders finalised with 'pallet' as the fulfilment type.
Fill in the onscreen form and submit this. We’ll need a bit of info from you to assist with the pallet delivery.
Our team will then email your label to you. Ready to be printed and attached to the wrapped pallet.

PalletTrack Shipping Rates

These are the rates we will charge you for shipping with PalletTrack (Ex. VAT). You control your charges to your Customers in your Pallet Delivery Settings.

To calculate the delivery cost that we charge, choose a line for both collection and a line for delivery based on postcodes to calculate the price:

Example:

Collecting from Birmingham and delivering to Exeter for 1/4 pallet:

Zone A Collection Rate = £14.20

Zone D Delivery Rate = £18.85

Total = £33.05

Quarter Pallet Pricing

1/4 pallet is 1.2m x 1.2m x0.6m <250kg

1/4 pallets are currently subsidised by 50%, up to the value of your monthly subscription. For example, a brewery on our £350/month Growth Plan receives up to £350 credit on quarter pallets each month. Over that, the rates will be double the rates below.
