Why choose PalletTrack for your pallet order?

With PalletTrack you can ship quarter pallets to your customers who have chosen pallet delivery on their Sellar order. They will ship wrapped quarter pallets (1.2m x 1.2m x0.6m <250kg) using their tail lift fleet.

Pallet Track will collect the pallet anytime between 8 am and 6 pm on your collection day.

They will call to arrange delivery with your customers, giving them a 2-hour window for delivery. All updates are sent via email and text to keep everyone informed.

How to use PalletTrack

If a customer chooses a pallet delivery at checkout, you can book this with PalletTrack.

Booking Collection and Labels

Pallets booked by 6pm are eligible for next-day collection

Click the 'Book Pallet Delivery' button at the top of the order. This will appear for any orders finalised with 'pallet' as the fulfilment type.
Fill in the onscreen form and submit this. We’ll need a bit of info from you to assist with the pallet delivery.
Our team will then email your label to you. Ready to be printed and attached to the wrapped pallet.

Wrapped
Display your label on two sides of the pallet (opposites)

PalletTrack Shipping Rates

These are the rates we will charge you for shipping with PalletTrack (Ex. VAT). You control your charges to your Customers in your Pallet Delivery Settings.

To calculate the delivery cost that we charge, choose a line for both collection and a line for delivery based on postcodes to calculate the price:

Collecting from Birmingham and delivering to Exeter for 1/4 pallet:

Zone A Collection Rate = £14.20

Zone D Delivery Rate = £18.85

Total = £33.05

Quarter Pallet Pricing

1/4 pallet is 1.2m x 1.2m x0.6m <250kg

1/4 pallets are currently subsidised by 50%, up to the value of your monthly subscription. For example, a brewery on our £350/month Growth Plan receives up to £350 credit on quarter pallets each month. Over that, the rates will be double the rates below.
