We have 2 types of tips:
Automated tips - they're pre-built within the system.
Your tips - tips that you build yourself.
Automated Tips
You'll get automatically notified during your client calls:
When you talk too much - you don't want to bore your prospect with a lengthy monologue, keep it a conversation.
When only 5 minutes left before the end of the call, so you can plan those last few minutes accordingly or remember to ask your prospect if they're ok to drag it a bit longer to show that you respect their time.
When you interrupt your prospect - we all know it's a bad habit, better to be aware of it, right?

Your Tips aka Battlecards
Every time a prospect or you say a keyword during the call, the corresponding tip will automatically pop-up for you. Imagine getting a custom nudge when the word "budget" comes up, guiding you on the best follow-up questions to ask.
You can create as many tips as you need to assist you during your calls. Or you can use a set of our default tips crafted from the best sales practices out there. These are designed to give you a solid starting point, ensuring you’re always a step ahead.

UPDATE (March 17, 2024):
You can now add multiple keywords to trigger the same tips during client calls! No need for multiple tips for the same rebuttal.
For example, for a pricing objection, simply add keywords separated by comma like “budget, no money, budget freeze,” etc., and during a call you will see you the relevant tip when any of these keywords are mentioned.
