Learn how playbooks work and how to build one

It's important to properly structure your sales calls so you never forget to ask important questions, mention important information, or set up next steps. That's where playbooks come in very handy - you can use them as your guidance during your sales calls in the Playbook section of the SellMeThisPen extension.

Playbooks contain groups of questions or any other talking points for you to structure your sales calls. For example, your playbook can have groups like:

  • Set agenda

  • Identify pain points

  • Explain value proposition based on pain points

  • Set up next steps

And each group can contain different sets of questions or talking points, so you never miss an important step of your sales call.

You can create as many playbooks as you need to assist you during your calls. Or you can use our default Discovery Playbook crafted from the best sales practices out there. It's designed to give you a solid starting point, ensuring you’re always a step ahead.
