You have reached the legal retirement age but you are still working? Then you can keep paying into your pillar 3a and won’t have to withdraw your 3a pension assets until you either stop working or five years after the legal retirement age.
To make this possible, please follow the instructions below:
Download this document (only available in German), fill it out, print it and sign it by hand.
Send the original signed form to the following address:

As soon as VZ has received the documents, you will receive a confirmation from us.
A proof of employment has to be provided annually so please repeat this process on an annual basis.
