If your KYC verification for US Bank Transfers was rejected, it may be due to your age, the identification document you submitted, or the supporting information required to verify your expected monthly transaction volume.
Below are some possible reasons for rejection and the steps you can take to resolve them.
You May Be Under 18 Years Old
Our US Bank Transfer partner, Bridge, only supports users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you will not be eligible to complete the verification process.
What to do: Ensure you meet the minimum age requirement before applying for US Bank Transfer verification.
Your Identification Document Was Not Accepted
Your KYC application may be rejected if you submit an unsupported identification document or format.
For Nigerian users, digital NIN cards and NIN slips are not accepted. You must provide the physical NIN plastic card issued by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
We also accept an international passport or a driver's license, provided it has not expired.
What to do: Restart your application and submit a valid, accepted identification document.
Insufficient Supporting Documents for Your Expected Monthly Transaction Volume
Your application may be rejected if you selected an expected monthly transaction volume of USD 50,000 or more but did not provide the required supporting documents to verify that transaction volume.
What to do: Restart your KYC application and ensure that the monthly transaction volume you select accurately reflects your actual expected income and transaction activity.
To continue, please follow these steps:
Open the Sentz app.
Tap US Bank Transfers on your homepage.
Restart your KYC application.
When asked to select your expected monthly transaction volume, choose the option that accurately reflects your circumstances:
USD 0–4,999
USD 5,000–9,999
USD 10,000–49,999
Please select the range that matches your expected monthly transaction volume. Do not select a lower range simply to avoid submitting supporting documents. If your expected volume is USD 50,000 or more, you should provide the required supporting evidence instead.
What Should You Do Next?
If your US Bank Transfer KYC application was rejected, we recommend that you:
Confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Ensure you have an accepted and valid identification document.
Review your expected monthly transaction volume and provide any supporting documents requested.
Restart your application by selecting US Bank Transfers on your Sentz homepage and follow the instructions carefully.
If your application is still rejected after following these steps, please contact Support for further assistance.
