Once a debit card has been issued (whether physical, virtual, or Omni) you can manage it directly from your map in Sequence.
When you click on an issued card, you’ll see a panel with card controls and information. Here’s what you can do:
Set Card PIN
You can set or update the card’s PIN anytime. This applies to both physical and virtual cards.
Select the card from the Cards section or the related Pod.
Click Set/ Change card PIN and follow the prompts.
Freeze Card
If you’d like to temporarily disable a card you can freeze it:
Click Freeze card.
The card will no longer be usable for purchases until it is unfrozen.
You can unfreeze the card at any time.
Report Lost or Stolen
If your card is lost or stolen:
Select Report card lost or stolen.
This will immediately deactivate the card, and you’ll be prompted to issue a replacement if needed.
View Card Activity
Below the card controls, you’ll see:
Pending authorizations — transactions that haven’t fully cleared yet.
Transactions — a full list of completed purchases.
Available balance — how much is currently available to spend from the linked Pod(s).
Cashback — if applicable, any cashback you've earned.
