Cashback Rewards are available when you use your Sequence debit card, but only if you're on a Pro or Premium plan.
Eligible purchases earn 1% or 1.2% cashback, credited monthly to your designated Rewards pods (we'll create that for you automatically).
Who’s Eligible
Cashback Rewards are available to:
Users on the Pro (1%) or Premium (1.2%) subscription plans
Cards making eligible transactions (see exclusions below)
How Cashback Is Calculated
Cashback is earned at a flat rate of 1–1.2% on eligible purchases.
You won’t receive rewards for any transactions that are returned, refunded, or otherwise credited back to your account.
In short, you earn 1–1.2% of the total money you actually spent on the card.
Important Notes
Refunds reduce rewards: If you're refunded for a transaction, that amount is subtracted from your cashback calculation.
Third-party payment platforms: Transactions made via some third-party apps (like digital wallets) may not qualify if those platforms don’t pass along enough purchase detail.
Eligible transactions only: Not all merchants or categories may qualify; cashback requires clear merchant data.
Viewing and Receiving Cashback
You can track your Cashback Rewards:
In the Cashback section of the card details panel
At the beginning of each month, the total Cashback Rewards earned from the previous month (based on the full calendar month) will be paid out to your designated Sequence Rewards pod we create for you.
