Your forecast’s confidence rating indicates how much recent work history supports the estimate. It measures the amount of recorded history and how that history is distributed across the days of the week — not how steady your earnings are.
Find your confidence rating
Open Forecast. Your confidence rating appears beneath Monthly Total (est.) as LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH.
Understand your rating
LOW CONFIDENCE: Your recorded history provides limited support for the estimate. You may have too few recorded shifts or limited history for some days you work.
MEDIUM CONFIDENCE: Your recorded history provides moderate support for the estimate, with room for more history to strengthen the rating.
HIGH CONFIDENCE: Your recorded history provides stronger support for the estimate, based on the amount and distribution of your recorded work history.
High confidence does not guarantee your forecasted earnings. It also does not represent a percentage chance that the forecast will be correct.
What affects your confidence rating
ServerLife reviews your last 90 days of work history, excluding paycheck records. It considers:
How many calendar days your history covers.
How many days and shifts you worked.
How many earnings records are available for each day of the week you worked.
Whether some days have much less recorded history than others.
You do not need to work all seven days of the week to receive a HIGH confidence rating. The rating considers the history available for the days you work.
Confidence stays LOW until you’ve recorded at least eight shifts across six or more days within the last 90 days. Meeting this minimum does not automatically raise your rating; the rest of your recorded history also matters.
How your schedule affects confidence
Your confidence rating is based on recorded shifts. Adding upcoming shifts to your schedule does not, by itself, increase confidence.
If ServerLife has neither earnings history for a scheduled day of the week nor overall earnings history to estimate it, confidence is LOW.
Build more history for your forecast
Record every shift so ServerLife has more information about the days you work and what you earn. Regular tracking can strengthen confidence as your recorded history grows.
Even with HIGH confidence, consider whether your recent history reflects your current job and schedule. A well-supported estimate can still differ from your actual earnings.
