Set a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly income goal and compare your recorded earnings with your target. You can also create goals for other measures, such as hours, hourly earnings or tip percentage.
Create an income goal
Open Goals and use the + Add Goal action.
Select Time frame and choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
Tap What to track and select the earnings field you want to measure, such as Take Home.
Enter your target in Goal value.
Keep Enabled on to include the goal in your charts.
Tap Save Goal.
You can also start from the Goals tab. If no goals exist for your selected timeframe, tap the Create Goal button shown on that screen.
Track your progress
Open the Goals page and select Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly. Use the arrows beside the displayed dates to move between periods.
Each goal card shows your recorded result, target and progress, including how much remains to reach your goal or how much you’ve exceeded it.
Your progress depends on what you record, so keep your shift entries complete and accurate. Use the filter icon in the top-right corner to narrow the results.
Update or disable a goal
Use the Edit Goal action on the Goals screen to change a goal. Update its settings, then tap Save Changes.
To stop including a goal in your charts, turn off Enabled, then tap Save Changes.
Show goal progress on the Calendar
You can display daily, weekly and monthly goal progress on your Calendar. Create the corresponding goals before choosing what to display.
Daily and weekly goals
Open More → Preferences → Daily & Weekly Calendar Display.
Tap Daily Goal to choose the goal shown on each day.
Tap Weekly Goal to choose the goal shown below each week.
Monthly goals
Open More → Preferences → Calendar Summary. Turn on Show Goal Progress to display monthly goal progress for the summary fields above your Calendar.
To choose those fields, tap Summary Fields to Display.
Compare your monthly goal with your forecast
If you’ve set a monthly Take Home goal, open Forecast and scroll to Goal check.
This compares your estimated monthly earnings with your goal. If your forecast falls short, it shows:
You’re short by: The difference between your goal and your estimated monthly earnings.
Estimated shifts needed: How many additional shifts could close that gap.
Best days to add: Suggested days based on your average take-home earnings for each day of the week.
The Goals screen tracks progress using earnings you’ve already recorded. Goal check uses your forecast to estimate where you’ll finish the month. Its recommendations are estimates, so actual earnings may differ.
