In Event Temple, Groups will pull in the most up-to-date information from Mews when you visit the Booking or if there have been no updates in 15 minutes. Reservations will update with information from Mews once per day.
You can manually trigger a sync in Event Temple if you would like updated information sooner:
Groups:
From the Booking Summary, click the Fetch from PMS button on the Group
Reservations:
From the Booking Summary, go to your Reservations tab and click the Fetch from PMS button on the Reservation Group.
