Here's a quick rundown of our latest updates and enhancements. Along the way, we also squashed some bugs and improved overall performance of ServicePower HUB.

Tax calculation

ServicePower HUB now provides a quick and easy way to add tax to each line item on a COD job. HUB can automatically add the appropriate tax rate based on location and other parameters. This is an automated process that runs in the background and updates the data as needed. Each line item will have an option to flag it as non/taxable as well, shown below.

Once you add an item to a work order, you will see the Taxable slider switch to yes. You will also see the Tax % field appear next to slider. This field allows you to change the tax rate if needed.

To set the rate manually, simply click the + under Tax % label. You will see an Assign Tax Rate pop-up appear. Add the appropriate tax rate for that line item and click save.

Once you have completed adding/updating all line items for the work order, the Lite Item and Price cards will display relevant tax information. You can record payment type and complete the job as usual.

Area Search

You can search your total list of Areas when needed.

Click the filter button to display search options. Enter the appropriate information for your search and then click on the Apply Filter button to complete your search.

Claims Toggle in Work Order List screen

You can add a Claim Status column in the HUB Work Order List page. To add, click the Toggle button at top right of the Work Order List page. You will see the familiar Toggle drop-down list where you can select which columns/data you want displayed in your list. Click to check the Claims Status option. Once completed, you will see the additional column in your list. As a reminder, you can arrange these columns in whatever order you prefer.

Once you have added the column, you can sort and filter to review or update a claim as needed. Of note, HUB allows you to export the work order list to excel. You can use this a report if desired.

Enhanced Work Order export

You asked, we provide! You now have an easier way to export either current work order page, or all data. First, start by clicking the Export button as usual.

Once you have clicked the Export button you will see a drop-down menu that allows quick selection of current page or all data. Select the desired option to export the data.
