MyFunds takes the pain out of juggling Co-op funds for everyone!
Sesimi’s Funds Management tool, MyFunds, is an easy-to-use co-pay system that allows all Users in sales networks to access and process subsidised advertising funds.
MyFunds provides the ability to submit, approve, and track Pre-approvals and Claims against co-operative funds. This centralises the asset management, ad creation, and ad claim workflow within one platform.
Pre-approvals provide sign-off for an upcoming ad/campaign safe in the knowledge that your subsequent Claim will be covered by a co-operative advertising fund.
Once an ad/campaign is live, you can submit a Claim and be reimbursed for the costs incurred in running the ad/campaign.
To access MyFunds, click on the MyFunds tab.
This will take you to the MyFunds dashboard.
The pie graph refreshes when you switch between different Funds available for your sales team, showing how much of each fund you have used and what amounts remain.
To request a Pre-approval, click on this tab
