Please contact us the Customer Service number 15979 for instant support or notify us by reporting the issue through our chat services to temporarily freeze your account. Afterwards, it’s important to reset your passcode to prevent any unauthorized purchases from happening.
To reset your passcode:
Go to Account at the bottom right tab.
Select account settings.
Click change passcode.
Enter your old passcode once and press next.
Enter your new passcode and select save.
After you reset your passcode, you will need to submit a new request through our chat services or contact the customer service number 15979 to unfreeze your account and continue using our services.
Good to know:
If your passcode has been changed, you can always use the "Forgot your passcode?” option to reset it.
After resetting your passcode, all signed-in devices will be force logged out for the safety of your account.
