Before reporting an unauthorized transaction, please make sure that:
You are the only person in your household who has used your account for purchases.
You did not receive confirmation SMS from us around the date of the transaction.
This charge is not for a previous transaction that was billed separately.
It is not an automatic payment for prior failed payment attempts.

You will always receive a confirmation SMS for every processed transaction.
