How do I change my associated mobile number?

In the case that you have lost access to the mobile number associated with your TRU app; you can always head to your mobile line provider to issue another sim with the same number.

If you were unable to do so and still wish to change your associated mobile number, you will need to contact customer service on 15979 for support. Once your request has been submitted successfully, you will be forced to log out of the application, and you will need to sign up once again with your password and security question.

Good to know:

  • If your account has been compromised, please report it by contacting our Customer Service number 15979. We will temporarily freeze your account until the issue is resolved.

  • After resetting your passcode, all signed-in devices will be force logged out for the safety of your account.
