To delete your account, please ensure that all your loans are settled before submitting the request.
To delete your account:
Navigate to the account at the bottom right tab.
Select account settings.
Click on edit profile.
Choose delete account.
Confirm by selecting delete account.
Your request will be submitted automatically and will receive a call from Customer Service to process your request.
Good to know:
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and you won’t be able to recover any data or regain access.
If you wish to use the TRU app again, you will need to create a new account.
After your account deletion request is submitted, your personal information will be erased, except for certain details that we are legally obligated to retain.
