How can I issue a quittance letter?

To request a quittance letter, please ensure that all your installments have been fully settled and that you have requested to cancel your account through the TRU app. After that, you can submit a ticket via our chat service or email us at support@trufinance.app

Once your request is submitted you will receive a call from customer service team to process your request.

Good to know:

  • Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and you won’t be able to recover any data or regain access.

  • If you wish to use the TRU app again, you will need to create a new account.
