To request a quittance letter, please ensure that all your installments have been fully settled and that you have requested to cancel your account through the TRU app. After that, you can submit a ticket via our chat service or email us at support@trufinance.app
Once your request is submitted you will receive a call from customer service team to process your request.
Good to know:
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated, and you won’t be able to recover any data or regain access.
If you wish to use the TRU app again, you will need to create a new account.
