The original account creator is the only team member with Billing access.
Go to your "settings".
Click the "Account" tab at the top of "Account Settings".
Click the "Billing" option towards the top of the page.
Then click the teal "Update Payment Method" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Update your payment information and you're done!
