To earn Airpoints with Sharesies, you must be on a $7 or $15 pricing plan, and also be a Koru member with a Koru number. The Koru loyalty programme is operated by Air New Zealand and their Terms and Conditions apply.
To add your Koru number to your Sharesies account:
go to ‘Settings’ > Airpoints
enter your Surname (make sure your surname matches the one you use for your Koru account)
enter your Koru number (you’ll find this on your Koru card or in your Air New Zealand app under the Koru tab.
Once these details are added you will be eligible to participate in Airpoints Offers available on Sharesies.
You can only earn Airpoints on your eligible transactions. So, for example, if you are in charge of a Sharesies Kids account, you will not earn Airpoints on transactions made through the Kids account.
Airpoints are currently only available to earn with Sharesies in New Zealand (not in Australia). Kids accounts are not currently eligible to earn Airpoints.
You should not use another person’s Koru number to earn Airpoints on your Sharesies account, and you should not allow any other person to use your Koru number to try to earn Airpoints on their Sharesies account. If you wish to share Airpoints earned with friends and family you can set up a Shairpoints account.
When your Airpoints will arrive
You can start earning Airpoints as soon as you add your Koru number to your Sharesies account. However, these won’t be visible in your Koru account until they’re issued the month after they’re earned.
You can view any Airpoints earned on the Air New Zealand website or in the Air NZ app.
Sharing your information
By providing Sharesies with your Koru number you agree that we may interact and share your information with Air New Zealand for the purpose of administering the loyalty programme and so that you can earn Airpoints.
