I am having trouble linking my Koru account to my Sharesies account. What should I do?
Koru number—check again if this is correct and retry. You can find your Koru number in your Air NZ app when logged in (under the 'Koru' tab) or at the top of a recent email communication from Koru.
surname—check your name and retry. It should match the name on your Koru profile, excluding any special characters like a hyphen (-) or apostrophe (').
The Airpoints I earned with Sharesies aren't showing in my Koru account yet. What should I do?
You can start earning Airpoints as soon as you add your Koru number to your Sharesies account. However, Airpoints earned with Sharesies are not awarded right away—you will receive them in the month after the Airpoints were earned.
For example, if you earned 5 Airpoints with Sharesies (deposits or insurance) on 5 May 2026, these points will be issued and visible in your Koru account in June 2026.
You can view any Airpoints you’ve earned on the Air New Zealand website or in the Air NZ app.
